aGROSlab TDG – Trazabilidad Deyecciones Ganaderas

aGROSlab TDG, es una solución “todo en uno”, diseñada para registrar y comunicar la trazabilidad del transporte y la aplicación de las deyecciones ganaderas de acuerdo a la normativa y las especificaciones técnicas establecidas por el Departament d'Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentació de la Generalitat de Catalunya.

aGROSlab TDG integra un dispositivo electrónico de geoposicionamiento y comunicaciones fijado al equipo de aplicación, una app para dispositivos móviles como interface de usuario y una plataforma web en la que quedan almacenadas las transacciones registradas, incluida cualquier incidencia, permitiendo consultar la trazabilidad del transporte y aplicación de las deyecciones ganaderas.

El objeto de aGROSLab TDG es facilitar el cumplimiento de la ORDEN AAM/312/2014 y la ORDEN ARP/210/2017 de la Generalitat de Catalunya, por las que se establecen los criterios para la aplicación de los niveles de reducción en la excreción del nitrógeno del ganado porcino mediante la mejora de la alimentación.

aGROSLab TDG incluye las siguientes funcionalidades:

• Asignación del Dispositivo Electrónico Fijo.

Cada dispositivo estará asociado a un único medio de transporte. El propio dispositivo dispondrá de la información de identificación del medio de transporte:

- Matrícula.

- Número ROMA.

• Registro de la Información correspondiente al Punto de Origen de las Deyecciones.

- Identificación del Aplicador (vinculado a la app)

- Coordenadas e identificación del Punto de Origen

- Fecha y Hora de la Carga.

- Características del Producto Transportado.

· Concentración de Nitrógeno (Kg N/m3)

· Concentración de Fósforo (Kg P2O5/m3)

· Volumen Transportado (m3) o Peso Transportado (t)

• Registro de Información correspondiente al Punto de Destino de las Deyecciones.

- Coordenadas del Punto de Destino.

- Fecha y Hora de la Aplicación o Descarga.

- Tipo y Código de Identificación del Destino (lo resuelve la app automáticamente)

• Registro y Solución de Incidencias.

La plataforma de gestión permite el registro del historial y por tanto la traza de las deyecciones.

aGROSlab TDG, is an "all in one" solution, designed to register and communicate the traceability of transport and the application of livestock waste according to the regulations and technical specifications established by the Department of Agriculture, Branch, Fisheries and Food of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

aGROSlab TDG integrates an electronic device of geolocation and communications fixed to the application team, an app for mobile devices as a user interface and a web platform where the registered transactions are stored, including any incident, allowing to check the traceability of transport and application of cattle droppings.

The object of aGROSLab TDG is to facilitate the fulfillment of the ORDER AAM / 312/2014 and the ORDER ARP / 210/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya, by which the criteria for the application of the levels of reduction in the excretion of the Nitrogen in pigs through improved feeding.

aGROSLab TDG includes the following features:

• Assignment of the Fixed Electronic Device.

Each device will be associated with a single means of transport. The device itself will have the identification information of the means of transport:

   - Registration.

   - ROMA number.

• Registration of the Information corresponding to the Point of Origin of the Dejections.

   - Identification of the Applicator (linked to the app)

   - Coordinates and identification of the Point of Origin

   - Date and Time of Loading.

   - Characteristics of the Transported Product.

         · Nitrogen concentration (Kg N / m3)

         · Phosphorus concentration (Kg P2O5 / m3)

         · Transported Volume (m3) or Transported Weight (t)

• Registration of Information corresponding to the Point of Destiny of the Dejections.

   - Coordinates of the Destination Point.

   - Date and Time of the Application or Download.

   - Type and Destination Identification Code (it is resolved automatically by the app)

• Incident Registration and Solution.

The management platform allows the record of the history and therefore the trace of the droppings.
